Dublin Airport Authority (daa) engaged Airbiz to guide the development of a strategic sustainability model to translate current commitments into performance and results for the business.   A keystone of the Airbiz approach was defining a clear pathway for daa to transition Dublin Airport’s existing sustainability strategy into a tactical, performance-based implementation plan.

In doing so, primacy was given to the benefits of pursuing a more sustainable business proposition and creating shared value drivers to deliver competitive advantage and long-term profitability.

Key work tasks comprised a series of briefings and workshops with the daa Executive and Senior Management, benchmarking and the development of a future roadmap prioritising the two to three key areas that matter most to daa.
