At Airbiz, we put relationships first. This means being actively committed to ethical business practices, environmental sustainability, emissions reduction, and giving back to our communities.
We organise our sustainability activities into Environmental, People, Social, and Governance (EPSG) categories. This holistic framework ensures we address the future needs of our business, our people, and the communities we serve.
Our long-term goals extend to 2040. They are inspired by the United Nations’ 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and align with the aviation industry’s vision for net zero carbon emissions. These are not merely aspirations, but commitments that shape our daily decisions and strategic planning.

We operate in a carbon-intensive industry, which makes our environmental responsibility both challenging and essential. Our primary focus areas include emissions reduction, energy efficiency, eco-conscious infrastructure, and improved waste management.
Our commitment goes beyond policy to practice. Our Auckland, New Zealand office occupies the first 6 Green Star building in the country, featuring green walls, passive heating, and natural ventilation with 100% fresh air. All building emissions are fully offset.

In 2023, our team volunteered with the Magnetic Island Nature Care Association to remove invasive plant species from Horseshoe Bay Beach in Australia – combining environmental stewardship with community engagement.
At Airbiz, our team is at the heart of everything we do. We invest in our people’s growth and champion integration and training for everyone. Our commitments are formalised in our Equal Opportunity and Diversity & Inclusion policies, and we’re proud members of the Australian Community Employment Partnership.

People first, and the work will follow.

At Airbiz, we believe all people should be treated with dignity and respect. They deserve independence, equality of opportunities, and support for integration, regardless of abilities, gender, age, culture, ethnicity, skin color, or sexual orientation.
One of our core values is giving back to the communities where we operate. As a team, we contribute nearly 400 hours of volunteering annually – from environmental restoration to community development projects. We also support causes through employee and corporate donations, with charities nominated directly by our team members.
This isn’t corporate social responsibility as an afterthought; it’s community engagement as a fundamental business practice.

At Airbiz, we deliver exceptional service while upholding ethical practices, fostering respect, and maintaining clear, effective communication. We operate with a simple principle: treat others as we would want to be treated.
Our team members are empowered to make decisions that align with our ethical standards. We categorise all corporate policies under our comprehensive Sustainability Policy, ensuring consistency and accountability across all operations.
