Airbiz was lead transaction advisor for Queensland Investment Corporation and Schiphol Airports in their bid for Hobart Airport.

Specific tasks included preparing the bid forecast, data room due diligence, aeronautical and non-aeronautical future estimates, future airfield and terminal and landside requirements.

Our work resulted in investment risk assessment reports and key assumptions for each transaction workstream informing the bid model.

The consortium was also successful in it’s bid for the airport, acquiring a majority 70% stake for a reported $600m AUD.
