Airbiz worked closely with Changi Airport Group (CAG) to develop a world-leading fast travel concept for Terminal 4.  This new concept incorporated the latest in self-service technology and biometrics, and it enabled CAG to simplify the travel journey, reduce staffing requirements, increase throughput capacity, and enhance the passenger experience.

T4 won a range of awards for its architecture and implementation of systems.

These include Design of the Year in the President’s Design Award 2017/18, the Universal Design Mark (Platinum) Award by the Building & Construction Authority, the Singapore Good Design (Platinum) Award by the Design Business Chamber Singapore, and the Prix Versailles Architectural Award for South Asia and the Pacific 2018. These awards recognised not only T4’s architectural excellence, but the design thinking put into its systems and processes.

Changi T4 redefined the airport experience and set a global benchmark for other airports to follow.
