Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) wanted to operate more sustainably and transition their existing green strategy into a concrete implementation plan.

Airbiz worked closely with BAC to benchmark their environmental sustainability performance against other national and international airports and used the results to develop a series of meaningful, measurable 2030 environmental sustainability targets and accompanying improvement roadmaps.

The plan highlighted the financial benefits of pursuing a more sustainable business proposition and creating shared value drivers, which ultimately deliver competitive advantage and long-term profitability.
