Airbiz was the lead airport planner on the Multiplex-led design team for the new WSI.

We are part of the design team delivering a state-of the art terminal that is intuitive and easy to navigate. Travel through WSI will be fast, easy and seamless, ensuring a pleasant and stress-free passenger experience.

Its strategic location is poised to unlock new opportunities, acting as a catalyst for urban growth, job creation, and business expansion. With its state-of-the-art facilities and modern infrastructure, WSI is set to enhance connectivity not only within Australia but also globally, fostering increased trade and tourism. The airport’s impact extends beyond the aviation sector, playing a pivotal role in transforming Western Sydney into a thriving economic hub.

All of our discipline teams contributed to this major project, from terminal and landside to airside planning and noise assessment. Our key role began when the work was awarded in 2021, and we will continue to work with the design/construction teams all the way through the construction and trialing/testing phase to ensure a successful opening in late 2026.
