Airbiz led the development of a Terminal Development Plan (TDP) at Auckland Airport that planned airfield, apron and terminal developments at stages towards a planning horizon of 2044. The Plan involved the expansion of international and domestic processing facilities and included several new taxiway and taxilane developments, pier and apron operational and geometric planning and the provision of a new domestic processor adjacent to and integrated with the existing international terminal.

The Terminal Development Plan involved the programming of timing of major capital works, Capital and Operating Expenditure estimates and preparation of a business case to support the preferred development approach.
