As part of an ACI World mandate, Airbiz carried out operational assessments of five airports in Vietnam. Our primary task was to assess and evaluate each airport’s processes and general operations based on industry best practice and guidelines.

The assessment and evaluation of each airport comprised the following elements:

• An overview of current traffic levels;
• Passenger flows and functional areas;
• A report of the current Level of Service;
• Review of the functional areas based on observations made during the site visits to each of the five airports;
• An outlook of each airport’s level of service in the near (2020) and medium (2030) term.
